Leasing Guarantee:

If your property is not leased within 90 days of ownership, Stronger Home Builders will cover your mortgage starting on Day 91 until a tenant moves in. Thanks to the Stronger Property Management expert leasing team, 70% of properties are pre-leased or already tenanted by the time investors close.

Maintenance Guarantee:

We offer a 1-year maintenance guarantee, covering repairs for any issues included in our original scope of work. Tenant-caused damages and acts of God are excluded from this guarantee.

On our New Construction we offer a 12 month builders warranty.

Each week, we share an email listing all available properties, complete with photos, proformas, scope of work details, tax information, and comparable sales. We will also have our website updated on a daily basis.

  • 8% of Gross Rent Collected – No rent collected means no fee, aligning our goals with yours.
  • ½ First Month's Rent Leasing Fee – Waived if the property is occupied or pre-leased at closing.
  • $250 Lease Renewal Fee – Covers renegotiating terms, market rate adjustments, and lease updates (typically every 12 months).
  • $100 Annual Home Inspection – Includes a comprehensive property condition check.
  • $500 Maintenance Reserve Fund – Held for future maintenance expenses under $500. Funds are fully refundable if management services are terminated or the property is sold.

No, our properties are priced at or below market value based on a comparative market analysis to ensure they appraise accurately. If the appraisal comes in low (less than 5% of the time), we will renegotiate the sales price.
